¡Sé parte de Stefanini! Buscamos un Arquitecto de Soluciones con experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas cloud sobre AWS, arquitecturas de microservicios y Event-Driven, integración mediante Kafka y plataformas digitales de alta escala.

Ser el dueño absoluto de la arquitectura end-to-end (Presentación en React, BFF/Microservicios en Java, Capa Anticorrupción, IA en Azure y despliegue sobre AWS) y de las decisiones estratégicas que aseguren una transición segura, escalable y sin fricciones desde el sistema legacy.

Responsabilidades y atribucionesResponsabilidad clave: Gobierno de la Solución: Mantener, defender y evolucionar el modelo de Arquitectura del proyecto (contexto, contenedores, ADRs) ante el cliente y el comité técnico-financiero. Gestión de la Transición (Strangler Fig): Decidir y documentar el patrón de estrangulamiento por capacidad funcional para la solución. Capa Anticorrupción (ACL): Diseñar y gobernar el contrato lógico por capacidad hacia el sistema core legacy evitando dependencias REST directas, y hacia ecosistemas periféricos (motores de diagnóstico, facturación, workforce management, gestores documentales). Estrategia Cross-Cloud: Resolver la interoperabilidad técnica, administrando el despliegue de infraestructura base en AWS (EKS) y el consumo e integración del stack de Inteligencia Artificial sobre Azure AI Foundry, controlando el presupuesto de latencia de esta arquitectura híbrida. Desbloqueo Estratégico (Fase 0): Resolver bloqueantes de naturaleza arquitectónica tempranos, tales como contratos de integración, matrices de riesgo y numeración de requerimientos funcionales (RF)Auditoría de IA: Validar que cada RF con inteligencia artificial declarada tenga asignada la técnica correcta (LLM vs. clasificación vs. reglas determinísticas) antes de pasar a fase de construcción.Requisitos y calificacionesTecnología:React (Micro-frontends / Module Federation). Java (Microservicios y BFFs sobre Amazon EKS). AWS (EKS, API Gateway, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect). Azure AI Foundry (Stack de IA). Soluciones BPM/CRM corporativas.OpenAPI / Contract Testing · C4 / ArchiMate.Requisitos indispensables8+ años de experiencia en arquitectura de soluciones de software.Experiencia demostrable en migraciones legacy a microservicios utilizando el patrón Strangler Fig.Dominio comprobado en arquitecturas cross-cloud (AWS/Azure), motores BPM (Creatio u homólogo) y sistemas de alta concurrencia (4,500+ usuarios activos).Experiencia sólida diseñando soluciones sobre AWS. Experiencia real implementando arquitecturas de microservicios. Experiencia con Apache Kafka y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos. Conocimiento de patrones Event-Driven Architecture, Saga, Outbox, CQRS e Idempotencia. Experiencia en diseño de APIs REST y/o GraphQL. Experiencia con BFF (Backend for Frontend). Experiencia con React y/o React Native. Experiencia con Micro Frontends y tecnologías como Module Federation, Re.Pack, Webpack o equivalentes. Experiencia con CI/CD y prácticas DevOps. Conocimiento de Infrastructure as Code, preferentemente Terraform o CloudFormation. Conocimientos de seguridad cloud, IAM, OAuth2/OIDC y gestión de secretos. Experiencia con observabilidad, logging, métricas y distributed tracing.Conocimientos AWS API Gateway Lambda ECS / EKS S3 CloudFront WAF Cognito DynamoDB RDS ElastiCache / Redis MSK / Kafka CloudWatch Secrets Manager IAM EventBridge SQS / SNSConocimientos deseables Docker y Kubernetes.
