La persona seleccionada será responsable de definir estándares, patrones y buenas prácticas que permitan construir plataformas escalables, seguras, interoperables y de alta disponibilidad.Si te apasiona la innovación, la tecnología y el diseño de soluciones de alto impacto, ¡queremos conocerte!Responsabilidades y atribucionesObjetivo del cargo:Diseñar y liderar técnicamente soluciones tecnológicas integrales, asegurando su alineación con las necesidades del negocio, los estándares de arquitectura, las buenas prácticas de desarrollo y los requerimientos de seguridad, escalabilidad, interoperabilidad y continuidad operacional.La persona seleccionada deberá interactuar con equipos de desarrollo, líderes técnicos, Product Owners, áreas de infraestructura, seguridad y otros stakeholders involucrados en los proyectos.Responsabilidades:Definir arquitecturas de solución end to end para proyectos tecnológicos.Diseñar arquitecturas basadas en APIs, servicios SOA, REST y SOAP.Definir y documentar integraciones entre sistemas y plataformas.Diseñar soluciones basadas en microservicios y arquitectura orientada a eventos.Establecer estándares, patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.Evaluar tecnologías y proponer soluciones innovadoras que aporten al negocio.Asegurar criterios de seguridad, escalabilidad, modularidad, reutilización e interoperabilidad.Trabajar con equipos de desarrollo, líderes técnicos y áreas de negocio.Participar en la definición de soluciones para ambientes cloud y web.Apoyar la mejora continua de las plataformas y procesos tecnológicos.Generar documentación técnica, diagramas de arquitectura y entregables de solución.Acompañar técnicamente la implementación de las soluciones definidas.Promover el uso de metodologías ágiles y prácticas de integración continua.Requisitos y calificacionesRequisitos:Formación profesional en Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, Ingeniería de Software o carrera afín.Experiencia comprobable como Arquitecto/a de Soluciones, Arquitecto/a de Software o roles similares.Experiencia en diseño de arquitectura tecnológica end to end en industria financiera.Excluyente experiencia en arquitectura de la nube AWS en sus últimos trabajos. Experiencia en la industria financiera, banca, cooperativas de ahorro y crédito o medios de pago.Experiencia trabajando en proyectos de transformación digital.Dominio de:Arquitectura de APIs y API Management.Servicios REST y SOAP.Arquitectura SOA y microservicios.Arquitectura orientada a eventos.Patrones de diseño.Seguridad aplicada a servicios y APIs: OWASP, OAuth2, SAML y JWT.Experiencia con tecnologías Java:Java 8 o superior, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Config, Gradle, Log4j, JDBC Template.Conocimientos de integración y mensajería:Kafka, Manejo de colas, Redis e Integración REST.Experiencia en servicios AWS, tales como:API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudFront, S3, Lambda.Conocimientos de contenedores y orquestación:Docker, Kubernetes, Istio.Experiencia con bases de datos:SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL.Conocimientos de tecnologías web:JavaScript, React/Redux, Node.js.Express.HTML5 y CSS3.Webpack, npm y Sass.Conocimientos de React Native, idealmente.Experiencia en integración continua y control de versiones:Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git y Bitbucket.Manejo de Jira y Confluence.Conocimiento de TOGAF.Metodologías de trabajoScrum.Kanban.Metodologías ágiles.Metodologías tradicionales.Integración y entrega continua.Experiencia deseableExperiencia en la industria financiera, banca, cooperativas de ahorro y crédito o medios de pago.Experiencia trabajando en proyectos de transformación digital.Experiencia en ambientes cloud híbridos.Conocimiento de Azure.Experiencia en diseño de soluciones de alta disponibilidad y misión crítica.Experiencia en definición y gobierno de estándares tecnológicos.CompetenciasLiderazgo técnico.Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y de negocio.Orientación al cliente y a los resultados.Trabajo colaborativo.Capacidad para gestionar múltiples iniciativas.Adaptabilidad y aprendizaje continuo.Organización y priorización.Compromiso, ética e integridad.Informaciones adicionalesCondiciones del cargo:Modalidad: Híbrida 3x2Lugar: Santiago de Chile.¿Qué ofrecemos?Integrarte a una compañía multinacional líder en tecnología.Participar en proyectos estratégicos de transformación digital.Desarrollo profesional y acceso a instancias de capacitación.Trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios.Modalidad híbrida y oportunidades de crecimiento.Postula y sé parte de Stefanini, conectando personas, tecnología e innovación para transformar los negocios.
