Buscamos un Arquitecto de Soluciones con experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas cloud sobre AWS, arquitecturas de microservicios y Event-Driven, integración mediante Kafka y plataformas digitales de alta escala. El profesional será responsable de definir y liderar técnicamente la arquitectura de una plataforma tipo Super App, integrando componentes backend, APIs, microservicios, eventos, Micro Frontends y aplicaciones móviles.

Responsabilidades y atribucionesResponsabilidades Principales Diseñar y definir arquitecturas de soluciones cloud-native sobre AWS, asegurando escalabilidad, disponibilidad y seguridad.Definir arquitecturas basadas en microservicios, APIs y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos.Diseñar estrategias de integración entre sistemas y dominios mediante APIs, Apache Kafka y otros mecanismos de comunicación.Definir patrones de comunicación síncrona y asíncrona, considerando desacoplamiento, resiliencia y escalabilidad.Definir arquitecturas de Micro Frontends (MFE) para aplicaciones web y móviles.Diseñar patrones de integración entre Frontend, BFF, APIs y microservicios.Definir componentes y servicios AWS de acuerdo con los requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales de las soluciones.Elaborar diagramas de arquitectura, componentes y secuencia, utilizando C4 Model y otras herramientas de documentación técnica.Definir estándares, patrones y principios de arquitectura para los equipos de desarrollo.Diseñar arquitecturas de soluciones modulares, escalables y desacopladas, que permitan la evolución independiente de sus componentes.Participar en la evaluación de alternativas técnicas, análisis de trade-offs y toma de decisiones de arquitectura.Acompañar a los equipos técnicos durante la implementación, asegurando la correcta aplicación de los lineamientos definidos.Definir estrategias de resiliencia, observabilidad, seguridad, integración y manejo de errores.Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer alternativas que permitan garantizar la evolución, mantenibilidad y sostenibilidad de las soluciones.Trabajar de manera transversal con equipos de Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Seguridad, Datos y Producto.

Requisitos y calificacionesRequisitos indispensables 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y/o arquitectura. Experiencia comprobable como Solution Architect, Software Architect, Technical Architect o roles similares. Experiencia sólida diseñando soluciones sobre AWS. Experiencia real implementando arquitecturas de microservicios. Experiencia con Apache Kafka y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos. Conocimiento de patrones Event-Driven Architecture, Saga, Outbox, CQRS e Idempotencia. Experiencia en diseño de APIs REST y/o GraphQL. Experiencia con BFF (Backend for Frontend). Experiencia con React y/o React Native. Experiencia con Micro Frontends y tecnologías como Module Federation, Re.Pack, Webpack o equivalentes. Experiencia con CI/CD y prácticas DevOps. Conocimiento de Infrastructure as Code, preferentemente Terraform o CloudFormation. Conocimientos de seguridad cloud, IAM, OAuth2/OIDC y gestión de secretos. Experiencia con observabilidad, logging, métricas y distributed tracing.Conocimientos AWS API Gateway Lambda ECS / EKS S3 CloudFront WAF Cognito DynamoDB RDS ElastiCache / Redis MSK / Kafka CloudWatch Secrets Manager IAM EventBridge SQS / SNSConocimientos deseables Docker y Kubernetes. Terraform. Redis. DynamoDB. OpenTelemetry. GraphQL. AWS Well-Architected Framework. C4 Model. DDD. Arquitecturas de alta disponibilidad y alta concurrencia. Estrategias de caching. Seguridad y DevSecOps. Experiencia en telecomunicaciones, banca, fintech, retail o plataformas digitales de alta escala. Experiencia en plataformas Super App / Mobile App modular. Certificaciones deseables AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / Professional. AWS Certified Developer / DevOps Engineer. Terraform Associate. Certificaciones relacionadas a arquitectura cloud.
