Juntos, conectamos pessoas e histórias em centenas de destinos. Nossas principais marcas são: Viação Cometa, Auto viação 1001, Auto viação Catarinense, Opção (Fretamento e Turismo), Buslog (transporte de pequenas encomendas), e também queremos nos conectar a você.Buscamos profissionais comprometidos com a vontade de fazer diferente, sempre almejando a excelência em sua função e procurando evoluir diariamente em seu trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Definir e evoluir a arquitetura backend das plataformas digitais do Grupo JCA, sob a orientação de arquitetos seniores. • Garantir escalabilidade, segurança e performance das aplicações existentes. • Atuar em conjunto com coordenação de engenharia e tech leads na definição de padrões e boas práticas. • Propor soluções técnicas robustas, escaláveis e seguras que suportem o crescimento dos produtos digitais e e-commerce. • Liderar o desenho e a evolução da arquitetura backend de todas as plataformas digitais do Grupo JCA. • Mapear, documentar e modernizar as versões atuais dos sistemas e serviços. • Trabalhar junto aos times de desenvolvimento para garantir entendimento técnico e viabilidade de implementação. • Criar documentação técnica clara e padronizada, servindo como referência para todos os squads de desenvolvimento.

Requisitos e qualificações• Desenvolvimento Backend: Sólida base em .NET (C#), com foco em escrita de código limpo, estruturação de camadas e aplicação de lógica eficiente. • Design de APIs: Compreensão dos princípios RESTful para construção de endpoints, domínio de HTTP Status Codes e preocupação com a clareza nos contratos de integração. • Fundamentos de System Design: Entendimento sobre a comunicação entre sistemas (sincronia/assincronia), latência e disponibilidade, com foco em evoluir para o desenho de soluções complexas. • Padrões e Manutenibilidade: Conhecimento em Design Patterns e princípios SOLID, visando o desenvolvimento de softwares sustentáveis e fáceis de testar. • Ecossistema de Dados: Prática com bancos de dados relacionais (SQL) e compreensão teórica sobre o papel do cache (Redis) e sistemas de mensageria (RabbitMQ) na arquitetura. • Resiliência e Segurança: Noções de autenticação/autorização (OAuth2/JWT) e interesse em padrões de estabilidade (como Retries e Circuit Breakers). • Documentação e Modelagem: Capacidade de sintetizar fluxos em diagramas técnicos básicos e documentar decisões para apoio aos squads. • Soft Skills: Perfil colaborativo, facilidade em trocar conhecimentos técnicos e abertura para receber mentorias constantes dos Arquitetos Seniores.
