Você será responsável pela arquitetura ponta a ponta da plataforma, integrando infraestrutura, virtualização, Kubernetes, storage distribuído (Ceph), redes, segurança, observabilidade e automação. É uma posição estratégica, com autonomia para definir padrões, tomar decisões técnicas e liderar tecnicamente a construção de um ambiente crítico e de larga escala.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Desenhar e ser responsável técnico pela arquitetura ponta a ponta da Plataforma de Nuvem Privada; Definir a arquitetura de Kubernetes, virtualização e hiperconvergência da plataforma; Arquitetar o storage distribuído baseado em Ceph, incluindo replicação, resiliência e tuning de performance; Desenhar topologias de alta disponibilidade, multi-site e estratégias de Disaster Recovery (RPO/RTO); Definir padrões de segurança, gestão de identidade, isolamento multi-tenant e conformidade para ambientes isolados; Estabelecer padrões de automação (IaC) e observabilidade; Apoiar tecnicamente o time de engenharia, revisando soluções e orientando boas práticas; Avaliar tecnologias, fornecedores e soluções do ecossistema cloud native.

Requisitos e qualificações Educação Superior Completa Experiência sólida e abrangente em infraestrutura, redes e sistemas Linux corporativos; Experiência comprovada no desenho, implantação e sustentação de clusters Kubernetes e de arquiteturas de Nuvem Privada/HCI em ambientes produtivos de larga escala; Orquestração e hiperconvergência: arquitetura avançada de Kubernetes (APIs, Control Plane, Workers, CNI/CSI) e virtualização conteinerizada via KVM/QEMU, KubeVirt, Harvester HCI ou OpenShift Virtualization (Live Migration, CDI, virtio-win); Storage distribuído com Ceph: provisionamento, replicação síncrona/assíncrona, resiliência e tuning de performance em Ceph (RBD, CephFS, RGW); Redes: Linux Bridges, Bonds (LACP 802.3ad), VLANs 802.1Q, redes SDN/Overlay (Calico, Cilium, Canal, OVN-Kubernetes) e balanceamento de carga L4/L7 (Keepalived, HAProxy, NGINX); Sistemas operacionais: administração avançada de Linux corporativo (RHEL, SLE Micro, Ubuntu Server) e deploy bare-metal (PXE, iPXE, Ignition, Cloud-Init); Segurança e acesso: RBAC, isolamento multi-tenant, integração de identidade (Keycloak, Dex, LDAP/AD, SAML/OIDC) e políticas de segurança para ambientes air-gapped/FIPS; Alta disponibilidade e DR: topologias multi-site, quórum de etcd/storage, backup imutável e testes de RPO/RTO; Automação e observabilidade: Terraform/OpenTofu e Ansible; Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager e Loki/EFK.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com SUSE Rancher Prime / RKE2 / Harvester ou Red Hat OpenShift (OCP / ODF / ACM); Conhecimento em Longhorn como alternativa de storage; Kubernetes Operators de banco de dados (CloudNativePG, Crunchy Data, Strimzi) e Serverless/Service Mesh (Knative, Istio); Gestão de segredos e GitOps: Vault (HashiCorp), External Secrets Operator, Argo CD ou FluxCD; Familiaridade com ADC e GSLB (F5 BIG-IP, FortiADC); Certificações CKA, CKAD, CKS, Red Hat Certified Architect/Specialist (EX280/EX318) ou SUSE (SCA/SCE); Experiência em projetos de missão crítica, soberania de dados ou setor governamental.
