Se você é uma referência técnica, apaixonado(a) por transformar dados brutos em inteligência de negócio, tem bagagem consolidada em grandes ecossistemas de nuvem e quer liderar decisões arquiteturais do zero, o seu lugar é aqui com a gente!Requisitos e qualificaçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições:Liderar o desenho, documentação e implementação de novas arquiteturas dedados modernas e escaláveis (Lakehouse) utilizando Google Cloud Platform (GCP) e Databricks;Conduzir e garantir o sucesso de projetos complexos de migração de dados (seja de ambientes on-premise para nuvem ou entre nuvens);Definir padrões de ingestão, processamento e consumo de dados, garantindo alta performance e otimização de custos de infraestrutura (FinOps);Garantir as melhores práticas de modelagem de dados(dimensional, relacional e NoSQL) e arquitetura de medalhão (Bronze, Silver, Gold);Atuar fortemente na definição de diretrizes de Governança de Dados, qualidade, linhagem e segurança (LGPD);Ser a principal referência técnica para os times de Engenharia e Ciência de Dados, apoiando na tomada de decisões complexas;Disseminar a cultura de dados e mentorar profissionais mais juniores, promovendo a melhoria contínua do capítulo de dados;Colaborar com stakeholders e líderes de negócios da Livelo para traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas robustas.Requisitos e qualificações: Mais de 5 anos de experiência prática e indispensável com o ecossistema Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Big Query, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, etc.);Mais de 3 anos de experiência sólida e indispensável utilizando Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, otimização de clusters);Experiência comprovada em projetos de migração dedados estruturados e não estruturados e no desenho de novas arquiteturas do zero;Proficiência em PySpark, Python e SQL avançado para processamento de dados em larga escala;Experiência com arquitetura de Lakehouse e implementação de esteiras de CI/CD aplicadas a dados(DataOps);Conhecimento profundo em conceitos de modelagem dedados e conceitos de Data Mesh;Excelentes habilidades de comunicação para traduzir termos técnicos para o negócio e liderar discussões arquiteturais.Diferenciais:Certificações oficiais em GCP (Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer ou Cloud Architect);Certificações oficiais Databricks (Certified Data Engineer Professional ou Solutions Architect);Experiência com Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferencialmente Terraform;Vivência no segmento de fidelidade, e-commerce, meios de pagamento ou setor financeiro.
