Profissional sênior responsável pela arquitetura, configuração e governança da suíte Tricentis Tosca, incluindo sua integração com as demais ferramentas ALM utilizadas nos projetos. Será a referência técnica da ferramenta na equipe, desenvolvendo os scripts de automação de maior complexidade e conduzindo a passagem de conhecimento para os demais profissionais, garantindo padronização, reutilização e sustentabilidade das soluções de automação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer o responsável técnico pela ferramenta Tricentis Tosca, definindo a arquitetura da solução de automação e os padrões de uso adotados pela equipe.Instalar, configurar e administrar o ambiente Tosca (repositórios, usuários e permissões, licenças, agentes de execução DEX e Test Data Service), garantindo sua estabilidade e disponibilidade.Planejar e implementar a integração do Tosca com as demais ferramentas ALM (ex: Azure DevOps, qTest), assegurando a rastreabilidade entre requisitos, casos de teste, execuções e defeitos.Integrar as execuções automatizadas do Tosca em pipelines de CI/CD (ex: Azure DevOps, Jenkins) para garantir a execução contínua e a detecção precoce de falhas.Desenvolver scripts de automação complexos, envolvendo múltiplos sistemas e interfaces (Web e API), lógicas condicionais, tratamento de exceções e componentes reutilizáveis.Definir os padrões de construção de Modules, TestCases e ExecutionLists, bem como nomenclatura, versionamento e organização do repositório, garantindo reutilização e facilidade de manutenção.Revisar os artefatos de automação produzidos pela equipe, assegurando a aderência aos padrões e às boas práticas definidas.Conduzir a passagem de conhecimento para os demais profissionais por meio de treinamentos, workshops, documentação técnica e acompanhamento no dia a dia, disseminando as melhores práticas de automação baseada em modelo (Model-Based Test Automation).Apoiar as lideranças na definição da estratégia de automação, na estimativa de esforço e na priorização dos cenários a serem automatizados.Definir e acompanhar KPIs de qualidade da automação (ex: cobertura de automação, taxa de sucesso de execução, tempo de execução) para embasar decisões e demonstrar o valor gerado.Diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos da ferramenta e das integrações, atuando como ponto de contato com o suporte do fabricante quando necessário.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSólida experiência comprovada em automação de testes utilizando Tricentis Tosca, com atuação em nível de arquitetura e configuração da ferramenta.Experiência na instalação, configuração e administração do ambiente Tosca (repositórios multiusuário, DEX, Test Data Service e licenciamento).Experiência comprovada na integração do Tosca com ferramentas ALM e em pipelines de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Profundo conhecimento da metodologia de automação baseada em modelo (Model-Based Test Automation) e da estrutura do Tosca (Modules, TestCases, ExecutionLists, Test Data Service, etc.).Experiência no desenvolvimento de scripts de automação complexos, incluindo automação de interfaces Web (engine X-Browser) e de APIs (REST/SOAP) com o Tosca API Scan.Experiência em capacitação técnica e mentoria de outros profissionais de QA e automação.Familiaridade com sistemas de controle de versão (Git) para gerenciamento de artefatos de teste.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, didática, resolução de problemas e pensamento estratégico.DiferenciaisTer atuado em projetos grandes de testes, com múltiplas equipes, grande volume de cenários automatizados e ambientes integrados.Certificações Tricentis ativas:Tricentis Automation Specialist Level 1 (AS1)Tricentis Automation Specialist Level 2 (AS2)Test Data Specialist Level 1 (TDS1)Experiência com outras ferramentas do ecossistema Tricentis (ex: qTest, LiveCompare).Experiência com automação em ambientes SAP (S/4HANA e/ou ECC), nas interfaces SAP FIORI e SAP GUI.Conhecimento em T-SQL para manipulação e validação de dados em banco de dados.Experiência em ambientes de nuvem (AWS, Azure, GCP).
