Estamos em busca de um Arquivista para atuar em nossa filial de Ji-Paraná/RO, sendo responsável pela organização, controle, conservação e disponibilização do acervo documental da empresa.O profissional atuará diretamente com a organização de contratos de vendas de loteamentos, documentos de clientes e demais documentos administrativos, garantindo que os arquivos estejam devidamente identificados, organizados e disponíveis para consulta sempre que necessário.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar, classificar e arquivar documentos físicos e digitais, seguindo os critérios estabelecidos pela empresa;Realizar a conferência, identificação e organização de contratos e documentos relacionados às vendas de loteamentos;Controlar a entrada, saída e movimentação de documentos e arquivos;Manter o arquivo físico organizado, facilitando a localização e recuperação dos documentos;Realizar a separação, classificação e ordenação de documentos para arquivamento;Apoiar na digitalização e indexação de documentos;Realizar a conferência e o controle de qualidade dos documentos digitalizados;Atualizar planilhas e sistemas de controle documental;Identificar documentos duplicados, inconsistentes ou que necessitem de regularização, direcionando as demandas aos responsáveis;Zelar pela conservação, integridade e segurança dos documentos;Atender às solicitações internas para localização e disponibilização de documentos;Apoiar na organização e manutenção do acervo documental da filial;Cumprir os procedimentos internos relacionados à gestão e organização dos documentos.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo;Experiência na área de arquivo, documentação ou gestão documental;Experiência com organização e controle de contratos e documentos;Conhecimento em digitalização e indexação de documentos;Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;Organização, atenção aos detalhes, agilidade e responsabilidade;DiferenciaisEnsino Superior ou curso técnico em Arquivologia, Gestão Documental ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em Gestão Eletrônica de Documentos (GED) ou sistemas de gestão documental.
