Atención de buzón CTS•Revisar y gestionar diariamente los correos recibidos en los buzones asignados. •Identificar y clasificar las solicitudes relacionadas con CTS. •Ejecutar macros y procesos establecidos para la atención de solicitudes. •Derivar correos que no correspondan al proceso CTS. •Validar que la información recibida esté completa. •Realizar seguimiento a solicitudes observadas o pendientes. 2. Procesamiento de pagos / Abonos CTS•Registrar y procesar solicitudes de abono CTS en las plataformas de Interbank. •Manejar aplicativos como PPAweb. •Ingresar y validar información proporcionada por las empresas. •Verificar el estado de las solicitudes y actualizar los controles operativos. •Atender observaciones e incidencias relacionadas con las operaciones. •Cumplir con los tiempos de atención establecidos. 3. Apertura de cuentas CTS•Atender correos para la creación de nuevas cuentas CTS. •Revisar la información necesaria para la apertura. •Registrar las solicitudes en el aplicativo correspondiente. •Ejecutar la apertura de cuentas según los procedimientos de Interbank. •Enviar la confirmación de la creación de cuentas. •Realizar seguimiento a solicitudes con observaciones. 

Requisitos y calificacionesRequisitos•Experiencia de 6 meses a 1 año en Back Office, operaciones bancarias, procesamiento de datos o funciones administrativas. •Deseable experiencia en productos financieros, CTS o procesos masivos. •Manejo de aplicativos o plataformas de gestión de operaciones (de preferencia PPAweb). •Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio. •Capacidad para trabajar con alto volumen de información. •Atención al detalle, organización y análisis. •Orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos y SLA. •Disponibilidad para trabajo remoto. ____Perfil del puesto•Nombre del puesto:Analista de OperacionesCampaña CTS – Interbank•Nivel de experiencia:6 meses – 1 año•Estudios:Técnico o egresado universitario(en curso o culminado)•Horario:Lunes a viernes8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.•Modalidad:100% remoto•Conocimientos técnicos:Procesamiento de operaciones, PPAweb, Excel (nivel intermedio).____Competencias•Orientación al cliente •Análisis y resolución de problemas •Trabajo en equipo •Comunicación efectiva •Organización y planificación •Orientación a resultados •Atención al detalle
