Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEjecutar el proceso mensual y quincenal de nómina, asegurando la precisión y oportunidad de los pagos.Realizar el cálculo de beneficios sociales, incluyendo CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, utilidades y liquidaciones de beneficios sociales.Elaborar y emitir documentos laborales, tales como boletas de pago, certificados de trabajo y constancias requeridas por los colaboradores.Registrar, validar y controlar las novedades del personal, incluyendo asistencia, tardanzas, permisos, licencias.Brindar soporte en la gestión y presentación de información relacionada con T-Registro, PDT PLAME, AFP, ONP y EsSalud.Mantener actualizados los legajos físicos y digitales de los colaboradores, garantizando el adecuado control documental.Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes e información para auditorías y fiscalizaciones de entidades regulatorias.Atender consultas de los colaboradores relacionadas con remuneraciones, beneficios y documentación laboral.Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente y los procedimientos internos de la organización.Brindar soporte en otras actividades de administración de personal asignadas por su jefatura inmediata.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTitulado(a) de la carrera de Contabilidad. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Asistente Contable y experiencia comprobada en nómina.Excel nivel intermedio /avanzado.Inglés basico / intermedio.Conocimientos: Legislación laboral peruana,  T-Registro, PDT PLAME, AFP, ONP y EsSalud.
