Se a resposta for sim, confira abaixo mais detalhes sobre esta oportunidade e venha fazer a diferença junto com a gente. 💚Oportunidade Externa#LI-BG1 #LIonsite Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar suporte técnico a analistas e áreas de negócio em avaliação de risco, capacidade de pagamento, garantias, enquadramentos, formalística e políticas de crédito.Realizar visitas técnicas às agências e, quando necessário, aos associados, para validar informações, fortalecer a análise de risco e identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de crédito.Conduzir treinamentos, capacitações e ações de desenvolvimento sobre análise de crédito, gestão de risco, políticas, normativos e melhores práticas.Monitorar indicadores da área, incluindo risco da carteira, concentração, qualidade das análises, tempo de resposta e demais métricas de desempenho.Identificar tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria, apoiando a definição e execução de planos de ação junto às equipes envolvidas.Contribuir para a construção, atualização e disseminação de políticas, manuais, fluxos, orientações técnicas e materiais de apoio da área.Elaborar estudos, diagnósticos e análises estratégicas da carteira, subsidiando decisões relacionadas à gestão de risco e ao desempenho da Cooperativa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas.Desejável especialização ou MBA em áreas relacionadas a Crédito, Gestão de Riscos, Finanças ou Negócios.Experiência sólida em análise de crédito, gestão de risco, deliberação de crédito ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos Técnicos: Análise econômico-financeira.Gestão e monitoramento de risco de crédito.Políticas, normativos e legislação aplicável ao crédito.Indicadores de inadimplência, provisão, prejuízo e qualidade da carteira.Excel e ferramentas de análise de dados. Competências:Capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica.Comunicação clara, objetiva e capacidade de influência técnica.Didática para capacitar e desenvolver pessoas.Relacionamento interpessoal e colaboração.
