Por isso, buscamos assessores que consigam unir técnica, escuta, responsabilidade e proximidade.Estamos procurando um(a) Assessor(a) de Investimentos para atuar na conversão de leads qualificados originados pelos Personal Bankers da Franq e na gestão personalizada de carteiras de clientes de alta renda.E um ponto importante: essa não é uma vaga de prospecção fria.Você vai receber leads qualificados, com contexto e relacionamento já iniciados, e terá o desafio de transformar essa conexão em uma jornada de investimentos consultiva, segura e de longo prazo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO seu papel será:Receber, qualificar e converter leads originados pelos Personal Bankers da Franq e/ou pela equipe do escritório;Conduzir conversas consultivas para entender o perfil, objetivos financeiros, suitability e tolerância ao risco de cada cliente;Recomendar produtos e estratégias de investimento de forma fundamentada, responsável e alinhada à CVM 178;Construir e gerir carteiras de investimento com visão personalizada e de longo prazo;Realizar revisões periódicas de carteira, monitorar performance e propor realocações quando necessário;Identificar oportunidades de cross sell bancário e encaminhar para o analista especializado;Manter o CRM atualizado com disciplina, registrando interações, oportunidades, próximos passos e evolução do pipeline;Atuar em conformidade com normas da CVM, PLD, políticas internas e diretrizes de compliance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos que você tenha:Certificação ANCORD ativa — obrigatório;Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Finanças ou áreas afins;Experiência como assessor(a) de investimentos em plataformas de mercado, como XP, BTG, instituições financeiras ou similares;Experiência na gestão de carteiras de clientes de alta renda;Sólido conhecimento em produtos de investimentos;Domínio de CRM e gestão de pipeline;Boa capacidade analítica para avaliar perfil, objetivos e propor alocações adequadas;Organização, disciplina operacional e atenção a compliance;Comunicação clara, escuta ativa e habilidade para construir confiança no longo prazo.Informações adicionaisDiversidade e Inclusão na Franq!Aqui na Franq você tem espaço para ser franco com você, ser quem você é!Nós te valorizamos, independente de raça, cor, religião, identidade de gênero, nacionalidade, deficiência, orientação sexual, descendência ou idade.Todas as nossas vagas são aptas para receber candidaturas de pessoas com deficiências, caso você se enquadre.
