Você é apaixonado por negócios, estratégia comercial e desenvolvimento de relacionamentos com empresas de maior porte? Estamos em busca de um(a) Assessor(a) de Segmentos PJ para atuar como parceiro estratégico das agências, apoiando o desenvolvimento de negócios com empresas de médio e grande porte, fortalecendo a atuação comercial e contribuindo para a expansão sustentável da carteira Pessoa Jurídica.Buscamos profissionais com visão de negócio, perfil consultivo, forte capacidade de relacionamento e experiência na gestão de operações financeiras mais robustas, capazes de apoiar equipes comerciais e impulsionar resultados em um ambiente cooperativo e dinâmico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência técnica e comercial para o segmento Pessoa Jurídica nas agências da cooperativa; Assessorar gestores e equipes comerciais na identificação de oportunidades de negócios junto a empresas de médio e grande porte; Apoiar a estruturação e desenvolvimento de estratégias para expansão da carteira PJ; Participar de visitas comerciais e negociações com associados estratégicos; Contribuir para o aumento da participação da cooperativa em mercados corporativos relevantes; Realizar análises de mercado, segmentos econômicos e potencial de negócios; Promover o desenvolvimento técnico das equipes comerciais por meio de treinamentos, direcionamentos e acompanhamento de indicadores; Apoiar as agências na gestão de carteiras de maior complexidade e volume financeiro; Assegurar a execução da estratégia comercial e das diretrizes da cooperativa para o segmento PJ; Atuar de forma integrada com áreas de crédito, produtos, negócios e desenvolvimento de mercado.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas; Experiência sólida no mercado financeiro ou cooperativista; Vivência no atendimento e desenvolvimento de negócios com Pessoa Jurídica; Conhecimento de produtos financeiros, crédito empresarial, investimentos e soluções para empresas; Experiência com prospecção, relacionamento e gestão de carteiras PJ; Certificação C-PRO R ativa; CNH B e disponibilidade para viagens.
