Você acredita no poder do relacionamento, da presença nas comunidades e da construção de oportunidades de negócios?Nós também!Estamos em busca de um(a) Assessor(a) de Marketing e Comunicação para apoiar o crescimento do Sicredi em Minas Gerais, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da marca, a expansão da cooperativa e a geração de novos negócios.Se você é um profissional com perfil estratégico, relacional e orientado para resultados, com interesse em atuar no desenvolvimento de mercado e na expansão da presença institucional da cooperativa, essa oportunidade é para você.Nesta posição, você será responsável por contribuir para a construção e executar iniciativas de marketing, relacionamento com a comunidade, eventos e fortalecimento da marca, apoiando a expansão da cooperativa, o desenvolvimento de negócios e a consolidação do Sicredi nas regiões de atuação.Buscamos uma pessoa com forte capacidade de relacionamento, articulação e execução, que identifique oportunidades de mercado e as transforme em ações concretas, contribuindo para a ampliação da presença da cooperativa nas comunidades e para o crescimento sustentável dos negócios.Este profissional deverá atuar de forma autônoma, utilizando seu conhecimento técnico e visão de negócio para apoiar a tomada de decisão, propor melhorias, solucionar desafios e gerar impacto positivo nos resultados da cooperativa. Espera-se capacidade para influenciar diferentes públicos, construir relacionamentos de confiança e atuar de forma colaborativa com as áreas internas e parceiros externos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Identificar oportunidades para expansão e desenvolvimento de mercado em Minas Gerais;Apoiar ações de marketing voltadas à aquisição de associados e crescimento dos negócios;Desenvolver relacionamento com lideranças, entidades, influenciadores e comunidades locais;Organizar e executar eventos institucionais, comerciais e de relacionamento;Realizar iniciativas relacionadas à inauguração e consolidação de novas agências;Acompanhar indicadores, resultados e oportunidades de melhoria de todas as ações realizadas;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de negócios para fortalecer a presença da cooperativa nas regiões de atuação;Prospectar oportunidades de parcerias e ações que ampliem a visibilidade e o relacionamento do Sicredi nas comunidades;Apoiar a gestão de fornecedores e parceiros envolvidos nas ações de marketing e eventos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Marketing, Relações Públicas, Publicidade, Administração, ou áreas correlatasPerfil hands-on: colocar a mão na massa, com visão estratégica do negócio;Perfil proativo: saber defender pontos relevantes e estar em constante busca por melhorias, insights e tendências para a área;Perfil colaborativo: trabalhar em equipe e em conjunto com outras pessoas, prezando pelo bom relacionamento interpessoal;Conhecimento em indicadores e acompanhamento de resultados;Capacidade analítica e habilidade para resolução de problemas complexos;Domínio do Pacote Office;Experiência em marketing, desenvolvimento de mercado, eventos, relacionamento institucional ou geração de negócios;Disponibilidade para deslocamentos frequentes em Minas Gerais;Obrigatória CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para residir em Passos/MG.

Será um diferencialExperiência em expansão de mercado, desenvolvimento territorial ou abertura de novas operações.Vivência em instituições financeiras ou cooperativas de crédito.Pós-graduação ou MBA em áreas relacionadas a Negócios, Marketing, Desenvolvimento de Mercado, ou áreas correlatasConhecimento em Power BI.Experiência na gestão de eventos corporativos, desenvolvimento de mercado e institucionais.Vivência em relacionamento com entidades, associações empresariais e lideranças comunitárias.Conhecimento das características econômicas e dos mercados de atuação em Minas Gerais.
