Estamos em busca de um profissional para condução de Projetos (PMO), atuação com Inovação e conexão a gestão da mudança sistêmica na cooperativa. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPMO: desenvolver e gerenciar o portfólio de projetos estratégicos da cooperativa.o   Implementar e supervisionar metodologias e padrões de gerenciamento de projetos (ex. Ágil, Hibrido).

o   Implementar o status report regular, follow-up de projetos, iniciativas.

o   Monitorar e garantir o alinhamento dos projetos às metas organizacionais.

o   Gerenciar riscos, impacto entre as áreas, custos, prazos e qualidade dos projetos.

Inovação: orquestrar iniciativas de inovação, estruturar e operar o funil de novos negócios, garantindo conexão com a estratégia e geração de valor.o   Promover a cultura de inovação e o desenvolvimento de competências inovadoras.

o   Desenvolver relacionamentos com startups, hubs, universidades e ecossistemas de inovação e iniciativas locais de inovação.

o   Apoiar a construção e validação de novos modelos de negócio, mediando a implementação de soluções inovadoras junto aos stakeholders.

o   Identificar tendências, oportunidades e riscos que impactem o futuro do negócio, conectando iniciativas sistêmicas ao portfólio estratégico.

o   Constituir e conduzir ciclos da célula de inovação, bem como acompanhar portfólio de inovação.

Gestão da mudança: atuação transversal, impulsionando o engajamento e a adesão às iniciativas estratégicas, conectando a gestão da mudança sistêmica à realidade da cooperativa.o   Acompanhar e conectar temas Sistêmicos com a cooperativa;

o   Monitorar e mitigar a gestão de mudança.

o   Facilitar a comunicação entre stakeholders e promover sinergia entre equipes.

o   Apoiar as áreas na condução dos projetos e inovação, visando garantir as entregas alinhadas à estratégia organizacional. o   Realizar treinamentos e disseminar a cultura de gestão de projetos e inovação na organização.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:•       Formação superior em áreas como Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou correlatas.

•       Experiência em gestão de inovação, gestão de projetos ou portfólio

•       Vivência em condução de iniciativas com múltiplos stakeholders.

•       Conhecimento prático em metodologias de gestão (ex: OKRs, ágil, híbrido).

•       Capacidade de estruturar e organizar processos e modelos de trabalho.

•       Disponibilidade em residir em Ijuí.Diferenciais:•       Experiência com estruturação de governança ou modelos de execução

•       Atuação em iniciativas de inovação, novos negócios ou experimentação

•       Vivência em contextos cooperativistas 

•       Experiência com gestão da mudança e engajamento de stakeholders

•       Capacidade de transitar entre visão estratégica e execução prática

•       Experiência com construção de jornadas, frameworks ou modelos escaláveis
