Estamos em busca de um(a) Assessor(a) Jurídico(a) de Serviços Fiduciários Jr para integrar nosso time e atuar de forma próxima às operações e aos clientes.Nesta posição, você terá a oportunidade de desenvolver sua carreira jurídica em um ambiente dinâmico, com contato com contratos, operações de financiamento, análise de riscos, clientes e diferentes áreas do negócio, contribuindo para a segurança e a qualidade das operações fiduciárias.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Analisar e revisar instrumentos de dívida e contratos em geral, incluindo documentos relacionados ao mercado financeiro e de capitais;Acompanhar covenants financeiros e não financeiros, bem como obrigações de fazer e não fazer previstas nos documentos das estruturas;Monitorar o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais e identificar eventuais pontos de atenção, riscos ou descumprimentos;Elaborar notificações e comunicações relacionadas a eventuais descumprimentos contratuais;Atender clientes internos e externos, prestando suporte e esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas às demandas da área;Participar de reuniões com clientes, áreas internas e demais envolvidos nas operações;Participar de projetos e iniciativas da área, contribuindo para a melhoria dos processos e das rotinas;Aplicar metodologias e propor soluções para otimização do fluxo de documentos e automação de atividades de monitoramento, buscando maior eficiência e controle;Apoiar as demais atividades relacionadas à área de Serviços Fiduciários.
