Estamos com oportunidade para atuar como fornecedor(a) contratado(a) dos Programas de Educação da Sicredi Serrana no Espírito Santo. 💚O(a) profissional será responsável por conduzir processos formativos com educadores, realizando habilitações iniciais, formações continuadas e assessorias pedagógicas in loco em instituições participantes dos Programas, além de atuar como referência na fundamentação teórico-metodológica dos Programas, garantindo a disseminação dos princípios, valores e intencionalidades pedagógicas. Além disso, participará da construção, revisão e qualificação de materiais didático-metodológicos, em parceria com especialistas, mestres e doutores da área da educação, colaborando para o fortalecimento contínuo dos Programas e para a qualidade da implementação nos territórios. Você se identifica com essa forma de conectar pessoas e deseja construir uma sociedade mais próspera, então VAMOS JUNTOS? Vem cooperar com a gente e fazer parte da nossa história!Inscrições até o dia 07/10/2026.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir habilitações iniciais, formações continuadas e assessorias pedagógicas presenciais nas instituições participantes dos Programas.Contribuir para a manutenção, qualificação e aprimoramento da proposta pedagógica dos Programas, participando de reuniões de alinhamento, planejamento e desenvolvimento promovidas pela Sicredi Serrana.Contribuir para a produção e qualificação de materiais pedagógicos, em articulação com equipes técnicas e especialistas da área educacional.Mediar grupos de estudo e espaços de reflexão, estimulando a troca de experiências e a aprendizagem colaborativa entre educadores.Executar o plano de trabalho estabelecido pela Cooperativa, garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos, cronogramas e entregas previstas.Elaborar e encaminhar relatórios de atividades e demais registros necessários para acompanhamento e prestação de contas das ações desenvolvidas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPessoa jurídica (CNPJ ativo); (A atuação será na forma de prestação de serviços, com foco nos municípios da área de atuação da Sicredi Serrana no ES).Graduação em licenciatura e mestrado concluído (ambos em áreas afins de Educação); Atuação prévia em espaços escolares e experiência em educação básica;Experiência em formação de educadores e facilitação de grupos;Conhecimento sobre legislação educacional brasileira;Possuir carteira de habilitação válida e veículo próprio, com disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos na região de atuação da Serrana no ES;Disponibilidade de horários para desenvolver atividades a noite e final de semana;Disponibilidade para viagens.Diferenciais:Doutorado em andamento ou concluído (na área de Educação); Ter publicações de artigos, teses, pesquisas etc. (na área de educação); Alinhamento com linhas teóricas do Programa; Conhecimento na área do cooperativismo. Habilidades comportamentais: Comunicação assertiva e boa articulação;Facilidade de trabalho em equipe;Organização;Habilidade de relacionamento com diferentes públicos;Boa gestão do tempo;Criatividade;Engajamento, motivação e empatia. Informações adicionaisInscrições até o dia 07/10/2026.
