A Jornada de Educação Financeira nas Escolas á a iniciativa do Programa Cooperação na Ponta do Lápis, desenvolvido pelo Sicredi.Esse profissional será o responsável pelas articulações necessárias junto às Secretarias Municipais de Educação e o desenvolvimento das ações junto às escolas no Estado do Piauí.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCadastro CNPJ;Graduação em Educação ou áreas afins;Disponibilidade para viagens;Experiência com Formação de Professores;Experiência em Pesquisas Educacionais;Experiência profissional em escolas;Desejável ter CNH B e veículo próprio;Desejável Mestrado ou Doutorado.Informações adicionaisA organização será uma característica fundamental para o trabalho, pois o Assessor Pedagógico será responsável por gerenciar a comunicação com o grupo de escolas parceiras da Cooperativa, garantindo a execução do Plano de Comunicação da Jornada por meio do envio de cards e textos, e por acompanhar a evolução dos(as) professores (as) e emitir relatórios.A comunicação e o relacionamento serão pontos fortes na seleção do candidato. É muito importante ser uma pessoa que consiga se integrar com facilidade, além de mobilizar e trazer o grupo consigo.A empatia será essencial para ouvir, compreender e buscar soluções para eventuais problemas que possam surgir nos espaços escolares. É necessário ser uma pessoa flexível e que saiba lidar com as adversidades.
