Seu papel será pilotar a nossa operação interna, garantir o ritmo frenético de ligações, contornar objeções junto com o time e acelerar a conversão dos leads pré-provados que o marketing entrega.Se você gosta do ambiente dinâmico do televendas, lidera pelo exemplo e toma decisões baseadas em dados para fazer o ponteiro das vendas subir, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderança de Front (Mesa de Vendas): Supervisionar, treinar e motivar a equipe de Inside Sales no dia a dia, garantindo o ritmo e a energia alta nas ligações e atendimentos via WhatsApp.Monitoramento de Conversão e KPIs: Analisar indicadores comerciais em tempo real (tempo de tela, volume de ligações, taxa de conversão e gargalos no funil) para implementar ações corretivas rápidas.Apoio no Fechamento e Objeções: Atuar diretamente no suporte aos vendedores em negociações complexas, ajudando a contornar objeções de preço, prazos e modelos para garantir o fechamento dos contratos.Eficiência Operacional: Garantir a consistência e a agilidade nos processos de esteira de crédito e assinatura, garantindo que o lead seja acionado com rapidez máxima.Sinergia Comercial: Colaborar ativamente com o time de Marketing e Vendas para garantir que o pipeline de leads qualificados seja aproveitado ao extremo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em Liderança Comercial: Sólida bagagem na gestão de equipes de Inside Sales, Telemarketing Ativo, Retenção ou operações comerciais de produtos financeiros.Foco Total em Vendas por Telefone/Digital: Domínio de técnicas de venda interna, ferramentas de comunicação (WhatsApp Business), CRMs e fluxos de cadência de ligação.Visão Analítica e Orientação para Resultados: Habilidade comprovada em tomar decisões baseadas em dados, reverter indicadores abaixo da meta e gerenciar metas agressivas.Comunicação Assertiva e Resiliência: Excelente comunicação para engajar o time na cobrança diária de resultados e inteligência emocional para lidar com o alto volume de contatos diários.Informações adicionaisModelo de Contratação: Contrato de Prestação de Serviços - PJRemuneração Fixa Inicial: Pretensão Salarial e temos o Plano de Carreira, com ciclos de Avaliação de DesempenhoComissõesSeguro de Vida
