O seu desafio será o contato rápido, a negociação consultiva e o fechamento do contrato.Se você tem facilidade para contornar objeções, gosta de trabalhar com alto volume de contatos diários e busca um ambiente com crescimento real, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades diáriasContato Ativo Diário: Realizar ligações e atendimentos via WhatsApp para leads com propostas de crédito pré-provadas.Negociação Consultiva: Entender o perfil e a necessidade do cliente para oferecer o melhor pacote de assinatura de veículos.Gestão de Pipeline: Acompanhar o cliente em toda a jornada de negociação até a assinatura do contrato.Foco em Fechamento: Contornar objeções de preço, prazos e modelos para garantir a conversão da venda.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosExperiência sólida com vendas internas (Inside Sales, Telemarketing Ativo ou Retenção).Vivência com metas agressivas e indicadores de performance (KPIs) diários.Experiência com ferramentas de comunicação digital (WhatsApp Business) e facilidade para aprender novos sistemas/CRMs.Escuta ativa e contorno de objeções: Capacidade de ouvir o cliente, identificar a dor e direcionar para o fechamento.Resiliência e dinamismo para lidar com um alto volume de leads e ligações diárias.DiferencialExperiência prévia no segmento automotivo (concessionárias, locadoras, seguros) ou mercado financeiro (crédito, consórcios, empréstimos).Mas não se preocupe, vamos oferecer todo o treinamento para fazer acontecer com a gente!!!Informações adicionaisCondiçõesModelo de Contratação: Prestação de Serviços (PJ).Horário de Trabalho: Comercial, de Segunda a Sexta-feira.
