In this role, you will work closely with the Academic Coordinator to drive educational quality, empower teaching staff, and ensure a vibrant, safe learning environment for our students.This position bridges pedagogical execution and operational management—making it an ideal step  to advance into academic leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesMethodology & Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of the Red Balloon methodology across classes, monitoring student engagement, progress, and performance metrics.Academic Administration: Oversee the organization, scheduling, and distribution of tests, quizzes, teacher materials, and central coordination controls to keep academic operations running seamlessly.Parent & Student Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for families—handling in-person and phone communications with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.Safety & Well-being: Co-champion the safety, security, and well-being of all students within the school perimeter at all times.Events & Community Engagement: support planning, organization, and lead vibrant student activities, break-time engagements, and special branch events.Branch Growth & Retention: Collaborate on strategic enrollment and student retention initiatives to support overall school growth.

Requisitos e qualificações Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Degree in Pedagogy, Languages, ELT, or related educational fields is a plus Advanced English (B2 level minimum).  C1 or C2 level fluency and international certifications (e.g., Cambridge CAE/CPE, CELTA, DELTA, IELTS) is a plus.Experience teaching English to kids and/or teenagers. , preferably with prior experience in academic coordination, team leadershipBasic Office suite, Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)skills.Strong organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, genuine enthusiasm for working with youth, and a collaborative team spirit.
