Procuramos um profissional para auxiliar as áreas administrativa, financeira e de departamento pessoal, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento das rotinas internas da empresa, com foco na organização, controle e execução de atividades operacionais e de apoio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrativoAuxiliar na organização de confraternizações, eventos e ações comemorativas;Realizar cotações e compras de produtos e serviços;Controlar o estoque de produtos de uso e consumo;Apoiar na manutenção e conservação do ambiente de trabalho;Realizar serviços externos conforme demanda (compras, correios, cartórios etc.).
