O Assistente Administrativo atuará na recepção do ambulatório da Clínica Florence, sendo responsável por garantir uma experiência acolhedora e organizada aos pacientes e familiares, além de apoiar nas rotinas administrativas, controle de agenda, faturamento e atendimento multicanal.Este profissional será o primeiro ponto de contato do paciente com a clínica — portanto, deve transmitir empatia, clareza e profissionalismo em cada interaçãoResponsabilidades e atribuições• Recepcionar pacientes e familiares com cordialidade, promovendo uma experiência humanizada;• Gerir a agenda de consultas e sessões, assegurando o correto agendamento, reagendamento e confirmação de horários;• Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo via WhatsApp e telefone, conduzindo leads de forma empática até a conversão do agendamento;• Apoiar o processo de faturamento, recebimento de valores, emissão e conferência de notas fiscais, lançamento de atendimentos e organização de documentos para repasse e controle financeiro;• Manter o sistema administrativo atualizado com informações de pacientes, profissionais e atendimentos realizados;• Apoiar a equipe médica e multiprofissional em demandas administrativas do ambulatório;• Contribuir para a organização do ambiente da recepção, zelando pela imagem da clínica e pelo bem-estar dos pacientes;• Monitorar e controlar uso de MATMAED;• Auxiliar em atividades de controle de indicadores, relatórios e registros administrativos.Requisitos e qualificações• Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico ou superior em Administração, Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas correlatas);• Experiência anterior com atendimento ao público, recepção em clínicas ou hospitais e controle de agenda médica;• Conhecimento básico em faturamento ambulatorial e emissão de notas fiscais;• Domínio de ferramentas digitais (WhatsApp Business, planilhas, sistemas de gestão e e-mail) e pacote office, principalmente excel;• Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, postura profissional e empatia no trato com pacientes e familiares.
