Se você tem foco em soluções, atenção aos detalhes e quer crescer em uma das maiores operadoras de saúde do país, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnálise de Demandas e Compliance: Analisar e validar requisições de áreas parceiras, garantindo a execução sistêmica em total conformidade com as normas da ANS (Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar) e as diretrizes corporativas.Gestão de Dados: Assegurar a integridade e a acuracidade das informações nos sistemas internos da operadora por meio de processos rigorosos de inserção, higienização e atualização de dados.Auditoria Documental: Realizar a validação e o cruzamento de documentos físicos e digitais, garantindo a conformidade, a segurança da informação e a eficiência no processamento de cadastros.Suporte Administrativo: Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios da área, controle de planilhas e atendimento às demandas internas ligadas ao faturamento, regras de negócio ou cadastro de beneficiários.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável Ensino Superior em andamento em Administração, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas afins);Experiência prévia com rotinas administrativas, entrada de dados ou auditoria documental;Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco principal em Excel para preenchimento e controle de planilhas;Excelente habilidade de comunicação, organização e atenção concentrada.Desejável:Conhecimento prévio sobre as regulamentações da ANS;Experiência anterior no segmento de saúde suplementar, operadoras de saúde ou hospitais;Vivência com sistemas de ERP ou plataformas de gestão de cadastros.Informações adicionaisEscala e Horário de Trabalho: 220h mensais | Segunda a Quinta-feira, das 08:00 às 18:00, e Sexta-feira, das 08:00 às 17:00 (Escala 5x2).Endereço: Av.
