Aqui, você terá um papel fundamental para garantir que todas as demandas operacionais e administrativas fluam com eficiência, dando suporte direto aos nossos processos internos e zelando pela excelência no atendimento a clientes. Venha crescer conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar assistência administrativa à área, realizando o controle de documentos e o gerenciamento de correspondências enviadas e recebidas via malote.Executar o atendimento a clientes (internos e externos), prestando orientações, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo o fluxo adequado das demandas.Controlar o estoque de materiais e o material de expediente, monitorando as movimentações de entrada e saída e realizando o inventário de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos.Realizar a requisição de materiais, efetuar solicitação de compras, conferência de entregas, além de gerenciar a devolução de itens fora de especificação.Efetuar o recebimento e realização de ligações telefônicas, além de organizar o arquivo físico e digital e solicitar serviços de manutenção e reparos.Registrar a entrada e saída de documentos, realizando a triagem, conferência, classificação e distribuição conforme as normas da instituição.Desenvolver relatórios, formulários, organogramas, fluxogramas, cronogramas e planilhas (Excel) para apoio à gestão.Fornecer apoio operacional na elaboração de manuais técnicos e acompanhar processos administrativos, monitorando prazos e encaminhando protocolos.Gerenciar a expedição de malotes e apoiar tecnicamente nas áreas de patrimônio e logística.

Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Ensino Médio Completo.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para o atendimento ao cliente e suporte às equipes.Excelente organização e gestão do tempo para lidar com múltiplas demandas de rotinas administrativas.Desejável:Domínio das ferramentas do Pacote Office (Word, Excel básico/intermediário).Desenvolvimento ou facilidade com inteligência emocional para lidar com ambientes dinâmicos e hospitalares.Vivência prévia com controle de estoque, logística ou suporte administrativo (será um diferencial, embora a vaga não exija experiência anterior obrigatória).
