Sobre a vaga

Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Administrativo para atuar em atividades administrativas e de apoio à gestão de processos, com participação no acompanhamento de ordens de serviço, elaboração de planilhas e documentos, análise de editais e suporte aos processos licitatórios.

Principais responsabilidades

Acompanhar ordens de serviço e apoiar o controle das demandas em andamento; Elaborar, atualizar e organizar planilhas de controle; Ler, analisar e acompanhar editais de novas licitações; Elaborar documentos técnicos e administrativos; Apoiar o acompanhamento de processos licitatórios; Manter a organização de arquivos, informações e documentos relacionados às atividades da área; Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas ligadas aos projetos e contratos da empresa.

É importante ter interesse em atuar com processos administrativos, documentação técnica e licitações, contribuindo para a eficiência das operações da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Desejavel curcursando 1º semestre técnico em Edificações (2º período); Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas; Domínio intermediário de planilhas, especialmente Excel ou Google Sheets; Capacidade de elaboração e organização de documentos; Leitura e interpretação de editais e documentos relacionados a licitações; Noções de acompanhamento de ordens de serviço e controle de processos; Desejável vivência com rotinas de licitação e documentação técnica. Possuir CNH
