Estamos em busca de profissionais comprometidos e apaixonados pelo que fazem, para a fazer parte do nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar conciliações diárias, confrontando extrato das contas vs sistema.  Garantir o recebimentos nas entidades corretas, e quando necessário, abrir chamado para transferências bancárias e acertos dos recebimentos; Elaborar plano de ação / estratégia para prevenir incremento e acelerar recuperação de PDD; Cumprir a régua e demais processos de cobrança: envio cartas de cobrança, negativação/protesto, e o envio para jurídico externo para execução da dívida; Validar o faturamento referente às despesas locatícias das entidades, através de sistema, conferindo as informações gerais (reajustes, valores etc.); Receber do departamento operacional os valores à título de encargos específicos/consumo (água, energia, ar-condicionado, entre outros) para análises e input sistêmico; Realizar os relatórios de fechamentos do contas a receber, comissão de Mall e Mídia e validação do mapa de aluguel; Análise do realizado vs orçado vs forecast de receitas e faturamento; Contribuir na construção do orçamento/forecast e planejamento estratégico, atuando na elaboração do orçamento das entidades, projetando receitas locatícias; Revisar cadastros de contratos no sistema interno e traçar planos de ação junto aos shoppings para a recuperação/devolução de valores faturados indevidamente. (Auditoria de Contratos Realizar auditoria de contratos x sistema x faturamento); Realizar o cadastro dos contratos de lojistas, bem como documentos diversos, mantendo a base atualizada de acordo com os pedidos de alteração; Consolidação das informações de ROL.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (ou equivalente); formação técnica ou superior em Administração será considerada um diferencial;Experiência prévia em funções administrativas ou de escritório será um diferencial Excelente habilidade de organização e gerenciamento do tempo;Conhecimento básico em pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e habilidade em aprender novas ferramentas de software;Boa habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e realizar tarefas sob supervisão mínima.
