Responsável por planejar, organizar, controlar e assessorar as áreas da MdB nas tarefas de rotina essenciais ao  funcionamento da organização, visando suportar os gestores e líderes na condução dos processos operacionais da empresa em tempo útil e alcançar a satisfação do cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos profissional para posição de Assistente Administrativo para atuar em nosso escritório localizado na Praia do Flamengo – RJ na área de Treinamento da MODEC.

Para desempenhar funções como:Apoiar a área na criação de requisição de compras, acompanhamento da emissão de pedidos de compras e cadastro de novos fornecedores;Controle de pagamentos de fornecedores de treinamentos (notas fiscais e boletim de medição);Criação e fechamento de turmas de treinamentos no sistema interno (LMS);Envio de convites de treinamentos e lembretes via outlook;Apoio no processo de organização dos treinamentos (pedidos de coffee break, reserva de salas, organização dos kits de treinamento, organização da sala, etc);Criação, manutenção e atualização de planilhas de excel e dashboards;Criação de apresentações em power point;Demais atividades administrativas diversas de suporte na execução dos processos, projetos e treinamentos da área de Treinamentos técnicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações:

Ensino Médio completo;Perfil organizado, pontual e com boa comunicação escrita/verbal.Experiência prévia com atividades administrativas, atendimento a clientes internos, interface com fornecedores, apoio a eventos. Desejável que seja na área de treinamentos. Domínio no Pacote office – Excel, Word e Power Point;Inglês intermediário e/ou familiaridade ou experiência prévia com plataformas de aprendizagem é considerado um diferencial.
