Apoio a rotinas administrativas do Apoio Técnico.Responsabilidades e atribuições Receber e organizar as Notas Fiscais de materiais e serviços; Conferir as informações básicas das NFs antes de seguir com o lançamento; Organizar as notas e documentos nas pastas e controles da obra; Abrir chamados para a Central para criação ou alteração de pedidos e contratos no SAP; Abrir chamados para lançamento das NFs de materiais e serviços; Acompanhar os chamados e resolver possíveis pendências para que as notas sigam para pagamento; Preencher e manter atualizado o CRD, informando as alocações de custos, EAP, pedido, contrato e demais informações necessárias; Fazer contato com fornecedores quando necessário para prorrogação de boletos, reemissão ou correção de notas fiscais, ajustes de vencimentos e outras pendências; Dar apoio nas tratativas com o Fiscal, principalmente quando houver necessidade de correção de impostos ou informações das NFs; Apoiar a equipe de APT nos controles relacionados a notas fiscais, custos, pedidos e contratos da obra.
