Como uma das maiores empresas de construção de energia do mundo com as cadeias industriais mais integradas, a POWERCHINA tem negócios em mais de 130 países e regiões ao redor do mundo e entregou uma série de projetos líderes do setor e de alta qualidade ao longo dos anos, atraindo grande interesse e atenção de clientes de todo o mundo.Agora estamos com novos desafios e pra isso estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Administrativo Bilíngue, para atuar de forma 100% presencial em nosso escritório na Vila Olímpia (São Paulo/SP).A forma de contratação será CLT, com uma carga horária semanal de 40h.Se você se considera uma pessoa engajada, que possui uma boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com interesse em conhecer outras culturas e os requisitos abaixo, não deixe de se candidatar em nosso processo.Responsibilities and AttributionsResponsabilidades:Prestar suporte para tarefas administrativas como controle de gastos, pagamentos, locações de imóveis, veículos, entre outros;Realizar reservas de hotéis e voos (nacionais e internacionais);Assistência na organização de faturas e informações sobre pagamentos da área, e conclusão do processo de reembolso interno da empresa;Reservas de reuniões internas e externas (criação de links para reuniões, registos de reuniões em inglês e português);Assistência diária, incluindo o transporte para o aeroporto, quando necessário;Auxílio e gerenciamento de aluguéis de casas e veículos e demais despesas;Auxilio e gerenciamento com prestadores de serviços de reparação de imóveis e veículos, a compra de material de escritório e outras tarefas diversas.Viagens de negócios e visitas no terreno, quando necessário.Requisites and QualificationsObrigatórios:Inglês em nível mínimo avançado (oral, escrita, escuta e leitura);Ensino Superior em Andamento ou completo em Administração ou áreas relacionadas;Pacote Office em nível mínimo intermediário;Diferenciais:Experiência prévia na área;Experiência prévia em empresa chinesa;Addtional InformationsBENEFÍCIOS:VR Swile 100% Flexível de R$50,00 p/ dia trabalhado;TotalPass;Vale Transporte (desconto de 3% em folha de pagamento);Plano de Saúde (extensível a dependentes);Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Parceria com empresas.
