Vamos juntos tornar a vida mais Leve?Estamos em busca de um Assistente Administrativo Comercial para ser o braço direito da nossa equipe prestando suporte administrativo à equipe comercial e às corretoras parceiras, garantindo que o fluxo de propostas de planos de saúde ocorra com agilidade, conformidade técnica e organização documental.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferência de Propostas: Revisar minuciosamente os kits de adesão (documentação de empresas e beneficiários), verificando se estão de acordo com as normas da ANS e as regras internas da operadora;Suporte ao Corretor: Atender dúvidas operacionais dos corretores via telefone, WhatsApp ou e-mail sobre tabelas de preços, rede credenciada e status de propostas enviadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Médio completo (Ensino Superior em Administração ou Gestão Comercial será um diferencial);Desejável experiência anterior em áreas administrativas de operadoras de saúde, corretoras ou seguradoras;Domínio de Excel para controle de planilhas e Word para elaboração de comunicados;Noções básicas sobre o funcionamento de planos de saúde (PME, Coletivo por Adesão e Individual);Perfil Comportamental (Soft Skills)Rigidez Analítica e Atenção aos Detalhes: Olhar crítico para identificar inconsistências em contratos, garantindo o "zero erro" e mitigando riscos de negativas operacionais;Comunicação Consultiva e Assertiva: Facilidade para traduzir termos técnicos em orientações simples, garantindo um atendimento cordial e eficiente aos nossos parceiros;Orientação para Agilidade (Senso de Urgência): Compreensão do impacto do backoffice no ciclo de vendas, atuando com celeridade para que nenhuma oportunidade seja perdida por atrasos processuais;Multitasking e Gestão de Prioridades: Capacidade de organizar e entregar múltiplas demandas simultâneas com precisão, mantendo a qualidade sob pressão.Informações adicionais
