Garantir o suporte administrativo e operacional à área comercial, contribuindo para a organização e fluidez dos processos de vendas, por meio da gestão de parcerias, documentação, leads, CRM e rotinas do stand, assegurando informações atualizadas, conformidade dos processos e suporte eficiente ao time de vendas e áreas parceiras.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Gestão de Parcerias: Realizar o credenciamento de corretores/imobiliárias e redigir contratos de parceria via plataformas de assinatura eletrônica. Suporte ao Plantão de Vendas: Controlar a logística do Stand (escalas, roleta de atendimento, suprimentos) e garantir que as tabelas de preços e mapas de lotes estejam sempre atualizados. Backoffice de Vendas: Receber, conferir e validar documentações de venda (Checklist), garantindo a conformidade antes do envio ao financeiro. Gestão de Leads e CRM: Monitorar o fluxo de leads vindos do SDR, cobrar feedbacks dos corretores e apoiar o time no uso das ferramentas de venda e CRM. Interface Institucional: Apoiar o protocolo de documentos junto a concessionárias e repartições públicas para viabilização de ações comerciais e trâmites do loteamento. Controle Financeiro: Organizar e encaminhar despesas fixas do Stand e de portais de venda para o departamento financeiro. Ademais, realizar atividades correlatas conforme demanda.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa ou em curso (Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas). Domínio do Pacote Office (Excel Intermediário) e experiência com sistemas de CRM. Excelente escrita, perfil proativo e facilidade para lidar com processos burocráticos. Horário comercial de segunda a sábado.
