Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar controles administrativos, atualização de planilhas e elaboração de relatórios;Organizar documentos e acompanhar processos e demandas internas do condomínio;Prestar suporte às rotinas de Recursos Humanos, Departamento Pessoal e Financeiro;Realizar atendimento e contato com fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e condôminos;Acompanhar solicitações internas e direcionar as demandas aos responsáveis;Apoiar a organização dos processos administrativos e o controle das atividades do condomínio;Auxiliar no acompanhamento de prazos, documentos e informações necessárias para o funcionamento da operação;Realizar demais atividades administrativas conforme necessidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas, controles e organização de documentos; Vivência com atendimento a fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e clientes; Domínio do Pacote Office, com Excel avançado indispensável; Boa organização, responsabilidade e capacidade para administrar diferentes demandas; Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento; Desejável possuir CNH e veículo próprio; Residir em Paulínia e possuir fácil acesso ao bairro Betel.

Informações adicionaisSalário: R$ 3.300,00 Benefícios:

Cesta Básica: R$ 151,90;

Vale-Refeição: R$ 457,80;

Vale-Transporte: R$ 210,00;

Adicional de Assiduidade: R$ 315,00.

Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a quinta-feira, das 06h30 às 16h30; sexta-feira, das 07h00 às 16h00.
