Descrição das atividades:Lançamento e autorização de guias de exames e cirurgias no sistema Hapvida.Lançamento de guias para o setor de auditoria médica e monitoramento da devolutiva do médico auditor.Tratativas de guias com setores de Auditoria, GNHAP, GNMED e Credenciamento.Lançamento de solicitações de reembolso.Monitoramento de pendencias:- Aguardando documentos- Cancelamento de guias- Credenciamento- ReembolsoRecadastramento de biometrias facial e digital.Cadastramento de biometria facial e digital de TEA e seus responsáveis.Executar outras atividades correlatas as setor de autorização.Importante ter empatia, sabendo se colocar no lugar no cliente.Saber lidar com situações de conflito.

Requisitos e qualificações Escolaridade: Ensino médio completo
