Acreditamos no impacto positivo do nosso trabalho para os pacientes, que poderão retomar suas vidas pós cirurgia com mais qualidade e seguir livre de marcas, adquirindo autoestima e confiança conquistadas com a sua expertise e a ajuda dos nossos equipamentos.Cada videocirurgia realizada = menos uma cicatriz de cirurgia aberta no mundo.É isso que nos move e nos faz ir além, todos os dias!Seja um Confiante e faça parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSerão suas funções:Realizar atendimentos aos clientes;Solicitar cotações de frete;Enviar propostas comerciais;Abrir e encerrar chamados;Acompanhar os atendimentos do SAC do setor;Emitir orçamentos de materiais correlatos;Solicitar emissão de notas fiscais de entrada e saída;Entrar em contato com o cliente para obtenção de aprovações de serviços;Acompanhar as metas de faturamento;Monitorar prazos de orçamento, execução e liberação;Abrir processos de tecnovigilância;Solicitar coleta de equipamentos;Prestar suporte administrativo à Assistência Técnica autorizada (quando implementada);Acompanhar os indicadores do setor;Solicitar reserva de veículos para serviços da Assistência Técnica;Providenciar compra de passagens e reserva de hospedagem para serviços da Assistência Técnica;Controlar o estoque de peças, realizando acompanhamento e baixas;Embalar equipamentos e/ou instrumentais, quando necessário;Emitir relatórios sempre que solicitado ou necessário.Obs. Vaga também para PCD.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que é essencial:Ensino Médio Completo;Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente;Ter conhecimento com Pacote Office;Residir em Fortaleza/CE.Será um diferencial se você tiver: Estiver cursando ensino superior na área administrativa.
