Buscamos um Assistente Administrativo para atuar na área de Crédito Atacado.Responsabilidades e atribuições Analisar e validar informações econômico-financeiras da rede de concessionárias e disponibilizá-las no sistema BMI - Business Management Intelligence;Acompanhar o crédito e cobrança da rede de concessionárias, apoiando a construção de relatórios de analise de crédito e ações de cobrança;Acompanhar o recebimento das demonstrações financeiras da rede de concessionários, de acordo com o cronograma da área, Mapear Plano de Contas dos concessionários e Fluxo de Pagamentos;Analisar sob supervisão novas propostas de linhas de crédito para concessionárias Yamaha, a partir dos demonstrativos financeiros disponibilizados, com base em critérios técnicos, atentando aos principais índices apurados e na veracidade das informações prestadas;Comunicação direta com o departamento comercial para obtenção de informações atualizadas sobre a concessionária, seus titulares/operadores e revendedores;Auxiliar no processo de controle de garantias reais, com interface com as áreas e prestadores de serviços envolvidos no processo;Atender as concessionárias, viabilizando seu acesso a processo de pagamentos, realizar Liberação/bloqueio de pedidos;Apoiar a área em rotinas administrativas (relatórios, apresentações, suprimentos, lançamentos de despesas, reservas de viagens);Cumprir as normas e procedimentos, atendendo objetivos e metas da Política da Qualidade (ISO 9001) e do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental (ISO 14001).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando (Contabilidade, Administração de Empresas ou Economia);Conhecimento em Matemática Financeira (desejável);Conhecimento tecnológicos em Aplicativos MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Access (desejável);Diferencial: interpretação de balanços e balancetes, bem como manuseio de base de dados.
