Como Assistente Administrativo de Loja, você terá um papel fundamental para garantir o bom funcionamento das rotinas administrativas e operacionais da unidade. Sua atuação contribuirá diretamente para a organização dos processos, a confiabilidade das informações e o suporte às equipes comerciais e de campo, ajudando a manter a operação fluindo com eficiência e qualidade

Vem ser Nutrien!Vem alimentar o futuro com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir que processos administrativos essenciais sejam executados com organização e precisão.Contribuir para a confiabilidade de informações, documentos e controles da operação.Apoiar a integração entre as equipes da loja e as áreas administrativas responsáveis pelos processos financeiros e operacionais.Assegurar o suporte necessário para que as equipes comerciais e de campo mantenham o foco em suas atividades.Colaborar para a eficiência dos controles de estoque e das rotinas administrativas da unidade. Como será o seu dia a dia

Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e comerciais da filial.Acompanhar pedidos, faturamentos e lançamentos administrativos.Realizar a conferência de valores em notas fiscais de entrada.Acompanhar processo de liberação de crédito.Encaminhar documentos e informações para as áreas responsáveis.Apoiar o fechamento das listas de compras do período.Acompanhar estoques de materiais e  necessidades de reposição.Auxiliar na realização e no acompanhamento dos inventários periódicos de estoque.Organizar documentos e controles operacionais.Prestar suporte administrativo às equipes de campo.Atuar como ponto de apoio na comunicação entre diferentes áreas da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo.Conhecimento em ferramentas tecnológicas e sistemas utilizados em rotinas administrativas.Organização e atenção aos detalhes.Capacidade de atuar com controles, processos e documentação.Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade.Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal. Diferenciais

Experiência prévia em atividades administrativas.Vivência com processos de faturamento, notas fiscais ou controle de estoque.Experiência em suporte a equipes comerciais ou operacionais.Ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Familiaridade com rotinas de inventário e controles operacionais.Perfil colaborativo e orientado à resolução de problemas.Capacidade de organização e priorização diante de múltiplas demandas.
