Responsável por apoiar nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais relacionadas às máquinas, garantindo o suporte necessário para o funcionamento eficiente dos processos de crédito, faturamento, logística e controle de estoque. Contribuir para a organização documental, atualização cadastral e suporte às áreas envolvidas, assegurando a correta execução das tarefas diárias.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no controle e organização da documentação e cadastros de clientes no sistema;Dar suporte na emissão de notas fiscais (transferência, remessa e demonstração) e no controle das mesmas;Acompanhar o recebimento e conferência dos equipamentos que chegam da fábrica;Apoiar no controle de estoque e inventário do maquinário da filial;Auxiliar na organização e arquivamento de documentos pós-faturamento (notas fiscais, contratos, formulários);Apoiar o agendamento e monitoramento das entregas e transporte de equipamentos;Auxiliar na emissão de manifestos de carga e demais documentos de transporte;Dar suporte administrativo a vendedores e gestores com tarefas rotineiras (boletos, contratos, solicitações diversas);Colaborar na preparação e organização de eventos e demonstrações de equipamentos;Auxiliar nas etapas de pré-entrega de equipamentos aos clientes;Apoiar na conferência e lançamento das compensações financeiras entre contas a pagar e receber.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas e financeiras, preferencialmente no varejo ou setor industrial.Vivência com sistemas ERP e controles de caixa será um diferencial.Conhecimento em rotinas de caixa e fluxo de caixa.Noções de faturamento e emissão de notas fiscais.Domínio de pacote Office (especialmente Excel).Informações adicionais🍽️ Vale Alimentação🚍 Vale Transporte🩺 Plano de Saúde😁 Plano Odontológico💻 Starbem Saúde (telemedicina e atendimento online)💰 Premiação Variável🛡️ Seguro de Vida🏋️‍♂️ WELLHUB (bem-estar e qualidade de vida)🍴 Parcerias com Restaurantes🏖️ Parceria com SEST/SENAT
