Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no fechamento e conferência do comissionamento dos parceiros;

Realizar a atualização e organização das informações relacionadas a eventos;

Realizar a configuração e atualização de informações no PRM de Parceiros.

Realizar o lançamento e acompanhamento de contratos para assinatura dos parceiros;

Garantir a organização, atualização e acuracidade das informações e documentos relacionados aos parceiros.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com rotinas administrativas, comerciais ou de Sales Ops;

Conhecimento em Excel ou Google Sheets para organização e acompanhamento de informações;

Facilidade com sistemas e ferramentas de gestão, CRM ou PRM;

Perfil organizado e atento a detalhes, especialmente para conferência de informações, contratos e comissionamentos;

Capacidade de trabalhar com controles, prazos e atualização de dados;

Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar em contato com diferentes áreas e parceiros;

Senso de responsabilidade e acompanhamento de demandas até a conclusão;

Conhecimento em processos de parceiros, comissionamento ou contratos será considerado um diferencial.

Diferenciais

Experiência com gestão de parceiros ou canais (Partnerships);

Vivência com PRM, CRM ou ferramentas de Sales Ops;

Experiência com controle de comissionamento;

Conhecimento em processos de contratos e assinaturas digitais;

Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, SaaS ou ambiente B2B.
