Buscamos um(a) profissional para integrar o time de Customer Care da PETRONAS, atuando como Assistente Administrativo de Vendas Terceirizado – Temporário, com prazo estimado de 6 meses.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar atendimento consultivo e humanizado, promovendo relações de confiança e uma experiência positiva para os clientes; Registrar os atendimentos realizados com clientes internos e externos em sistema eletrônico, garantindo histórico, organização e acompanhamento das interações; Realizar a liberação de pedidos lançados pela equipe de vendas, com agilidade e assertividade; Efetuar a entrada e o acompanhamento dos pedidos de vendas no sistema, monitorando os processos para apoiar o cumprimento dos prazos acordados; Receber, registrar e acompanhar inconformidades relacionadas aos processos de venda, contribuindo para sua resolução de forma ágil e eficiente; Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas e transportadoras na investigação e solução de pendências relacionadas às demandas dos clientes; Apoiar a análise da carteira de pedidos de vendas, realizando, quando necessário, cancelamentos e demais ações conforme orientação da gestão; Executar atividades relacionadas ao cadastro de clientes, lançamentos, liberação e exclusão de pedidos, geração de ordens de venda e demais processos em sistemas corporativos; Apoiar o treinamento e a integração de novos Assessores Comerciais quanto à utilização dos sistemas, processos e procedimentos internos, reforçando a cultura de Customer Care; Trabalhar em estreita parceria com os Assessores Comerciais, contribuindo para os resultados comerciais, a fidelização e a satisfação dos clientes.Requisitos e qualificações Graduação em andamento ou concluída em Administração ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Word e Excel; Forte inteligência emocional, com capacidade de escuta ativa, empatia e equilíbrio no atendimento a clientes, inclusive em situações de insatisfação; Perfil organizado, proativo e com capacidade de autogestão; Foco em cumprimento de prazos, acompanhamento de processos e resolução de problemas.

REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente, Customer Care, pós-venda ou suporte comercial; Conhecimentos em técnicas de negociação e vendas aplicadas ao relacionamento com clientes; Experiência com Salesforce; Experiência com SAP, especialmente em módulos.Informações adicionais Modalidade: Contrato temporário Prazo estimado: 6 meses
