Como Assistente Administrativo do Parque Eólico, você integrará a equipe dando suporte ao time de O&M no  parque eólico na área administrativas, compras e logísticaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparar relatórios administrativos conforme solicitado pelo Supervisor do Parque e/ou Coordenador de Manutenção;Ser o ponto focal, no parque, de interface com departamentos de Compras, Logística e Fiscal;Conhecer e diligenciar pelo cumprimento das Normas Administrativas internas da CVER;Arquivar, manter atualizado e organizado o controle de registros de SMS no Parque Eólico e cópias digitais no servidor, tais como: como check-lists, certificados, manuais, formulários e outros registros necessários em possíveis auditorias;Monitorar o preenchimento diário das folhas de ponto, escala e horários de sobreaviso, controle diário de hora-extra e banco de horas dos colaboradores do site;Controlar o recebimento e envio dos registros de ponto, horas extras, absenteísmo, atestados e outros entre o Parque e RH da CVER;Gerir o estoque de peças, materiais, EPIs e consumíveis do Parque Eólico, realizando inventário mensal e notificando a Coordenação de Manutenção no caso de não-conformidades;Manter atualizados os cadastros e, quando aplicáveis, os controles de calibração, manutenções preventivas e corretivas de equipamentos da CVER no Parque Eólico como ferramentas, computadores, celulares e veículos;Emitir requisições de reposição do estoque e coleta de materiais em conjunto com Coordenação de Manutenção e PCM;Diligenciar pela organização física do estoque, controle fiscal, condições adequadas de armazenamento, separação de material em quarentena, material para descarte e reparo;Manter o controle de Notas Fiscais de entrada e saída do Parque Eólico e o envio e recebimento de documentos com Depto. Fiscal.Executar serviços de escritório como compras, controle de registros operacionais e registros de contabilidade orçamentária.Dar suporte a gestão da frota de veículos do Site, comunicação com as locadoras e os times de O&M no site, revisão dos veículos da frota, logística de entrega e retirada.Dar suporte a gestão de equipamentos e ferramentas do time de Operações, controle de calibração e certificação, seguir procedimento ISO.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Curso ou Completa em Administração ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em Pacote Office.CNH BExperiência em sistemas ERP como SAP, MIGO será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisVantagens para vocêPacote de benefícios competitivos;Oportunidades de aprendizado e desenvolvimento.Valorizamos a privacidade e a segurança dos dados de todos os candidatos.
