O Assistente de Suporte à Cobrança terá um papel estratégico ao garantir o fluxo adequado das informações do setor. A posição exige integração constante, prestando apoio direto à gestão, à equipe de call center e ao time de dados, mantendo os controles operacionais sempre precisos e atualizados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte operacional e administrativo à gestão da equipe de cobrança, auxiliando nas demandas diárias e no acompanhamento de indicadores.Atuar de forma colaborativa junto à equipe de dados, facilitando o fluxo de informações, organização de bases e estruturação de análises do setor.Atualizar e realizar a manutenção contínua de planilhas, relatórios e painéis de acompanhamento.Gerenciar e responder aos e-mails referentes às tratativas de cobrança, garantindo clareza e agilidade na comunicação.Prestar suporte direto à equipe do call center, auxiliando no esclarecimento de dúvidas operacionais e na resolução de casos no dia a dia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia mínima de 1 ano atuando com rotinas de cobrança, suporte ou áreas administrativas correlatas.Conhecimento básico em Microsoft Excel (capacidade de inserir dados, editar tabelas e atualizar informações).Perfil Comportamental:Forte perfil para o trabalho colaborativo, com facilidade para interagir e construir soluções em conjunto com diferentes áreas (operação, gestão e dados).Perfil dinâmico, com facilidade para se adaptar a rotinas ágeis e demandas variadas.Orientação a resultados e foco no cumprimento das metas do setor.Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal.Capacidade de raciocínio lógico apurado para análise de cenários e solução de problemas.Informações adicionaisSalário de R$ 2.462,20 Benefícios: VT (cartão) + VR/VA (R$35,81 por dia trabalhado) Seguro de VidaConvênio SESCBenefício de academiaPlano de SaúdeHorário: 08:30 - 12:00 e das 13:00 - 17:00Contratação CLT
