Se você busca desafios, aprendizado contínuo e a chance de crescer junto com uma empresa que transforma ideias em resultados, seu lugar pode ser aqui. 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuições• Suporte no planejamento, gestão de contrato e controle das atividades referentes a serviços prestados por terceiros tais como: Equipe de Limpeza / Portaria / Manutenção / Controle de Pragas / Preventiva de Gerador / Preventiva de ar-condicionado / Preventiva de máquinas• Organizar fluxo de NFs (desde o início do processo até a efetivação do pagamento), abertura e acompanhamento dos protocolos para pagamento e organização das NFs por fornecedor/data• Responsável pela atualização do controle de despesas (Opex), investimentos (Capex) e Controle das demandas do CD (Ordens de serviço) com atualização diária de status e responsáveis• Suporte no controle de insumos do CD (Pallets / Stretch / Caixas PAR / Protetores de garrafa / Lacres / Etiquetas / Materiais de papelaria / Embalagens / Insumos de banheiros / etc...)• Solicitação de orçamentos para contratação de serviços e/ou aquisição de materiais (até R$ 5K) com elaboração de quadro-resumo, nivelamento de escopo contratado e abertura de pedido de compras• Receber fornecedores visando efetuar explicações técnicas das demandas de infraestrutura com objetivo de levantar orçamentos• Controle da demanda de resíduos do CD (Controle de volume expedido vs ingresso financeiro)• Colaborar para melhoria contínua dos processos internos e inovação de produtos e/ou serviços, efetuando levantamentos e estudos para otimização da infraestrutura do CD• Dar suporte para elaboração de apresentações para liderança mostrando status de atividadesRequisitos e qualificações🎯 O que buscamos:Ensino médio completo. Experiência em operações logísticas.
