Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas e financeiras da área;

Realizar lançamentos, conferências e atualizações de informações em sistemas e planilhas;

Apoiar o controle de contas a pagar e receber, notas fiscais, comprovantes e documentos financeiros;

Auxiliar na organização e conferência de documentos e informações para fechamento financeiro;

Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de relatórios e controles da área;

Realizar acompanhamento de pendências e apoiar na cobrança de informações junto às áreas responsáveis;

Contribuir para a organização dos processos e melhoria dos controles internos;

Prestar suporte às demandas administrativas do time Financeiro.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo; Desejável estar cursando graduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimento básico em Excel/Google Sheets;

Organização e atenção aos detalhes;

Perfil analítico e facilidade para trabalhar com números e informações;

Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

Proatividade e vontade de aprender;

Desejável experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas ou financeiras.
