#JoinUs 💙A Join está em busca de uma Pessoa Assistente Administrativo (Facilities) para fazer parte de um time focado em fazer o melhor!Na Join nós acreditamos que softwares desenvolvidos para pessoas transformam negócios, por essa razão, o nosso time de Recruiters está sempre atento para encontrar aqueles que vão nos ajudar a cumprir esse objetivo.Como Pessoa Assistente Administrativo (Facilities) você fará parte de uma squad focada em qualidade, processos criativos e desenvolvimento ágil.Vaga presencial para Brasília/DF.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia a dia esperamos que você toque os seguintes processos: Executar reprografia e digitalização de documentos; Receber, triar, registrar nos sistemas informatizados e despachar documentos/correspondências/encomendas/malotes e etc, realizando a distribuição interna e externa;Organizar pastas e documentos físicos e eletrônicos; Atender necessidades internas de reposição de material de consumo, limpeza e escritório;Apoiar na aquisição de material de escritório, limpeza e consumo;Apoiar na elaboração de documentos diversos; Apoiar as contratações de adequação/manutenção e demais serviços da infraestrutura;Acompanhar na execução dos serviços de manutenção da infraestrutura e fazer o checklist;Controlar e acompanhar as solicitações de serviços de motoboy;Acompanhar e controlar as solicitações de uso do estacionamento;Preencher planilhas de controle;Atender às necessidades dos clientes, respeitando os padrões pré-estabelecidos;Resolver, sob orientação, problemas rotineiros de sua atuação, seguindo procedimentos estabelecidos;Dar apoio, quando necessário, no atendimento da recepção para o público interno e externo; Dar apoio, quando necessário, no atendimento telefônico e presencial ao público interno e externo, fornecendo informações, em conformidade com as orientações recebidas;Registrar informações geradas nas atividades rotineiras e procedimentos padronizados que executa;Executar outras tarefas que se incluam, por similaridade, no mesmo campo de atuação e rotinas previamente definidas. Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que será necessário para o nosso match perfeito:Experiência de 2 anos na função;Habilidade para atendimento ao cliente e trabalho em equipe;Conhecimentos de informática;Conhecimento em Excel. Desejável:Cursando Administração de Empresas ou áreas relacionadas.Informações adicionais🥳 Day Off no dia do aniversário – com direito a surpresa! 🎓 Incentivo a formação e certificações;🎯 Acesso ao Alura;🧑‍🎓 Parceria com FIAP; 🏆 Indicação Premiada;🩺 Plano de Saúde;🦷 Plano Odontológico;🧘‍♀️ Vittude - plataforma de saúde mental;🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub - para sua saúde física;🪙 New Value - cupons de desconto;🏦 SESC;🍛 Vale alimentação e/ou refeição.
