O time financeiro atua de forma estratégica para apoiar a saúde financeira das operações, trabalhando em sinergia com diversas áreas para garantir a precisão e a excelência dos nossos processos.Venha fazer parte do nosso time e construir história conosco na hospitalidade!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConciliar os processos de pagamento e recebimento junto ao banco diariamente.Executar contabilizações e conferências de documentos fiscais.Participar dos processos de inclusão de pagamentos no sistema bancário, conferência e gestão de cartões de crédito corporativos.Controlar, conferir e validar pagamentos de comissões.Executar o faturamento dentro dos prazos estipulados e atuar no acompanhamento e cobrança da inadimplência.Assegurar que todos os chamados e solicitações internas/externas sejam atendidos dentro do SLA (prazo) estabelecido.Auxiliar na organização e monitoramento do fluxo de contas a receber.Realizar atividades administrativas e burocráticas do setor, como lançamento de dados em sistemas financeiros (ERP) e arquivamento de documentos contábeis.Prestar suporte na gestão do fluxo de caixa e no controle financeiro diário.Colaborar com a equipe financeira na elaboração de relatórios, acompanhamentos e análises de dados.Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes operacionais e corporativas para garantir a precisão e integridade dos dados financeiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.Experiência: Experiência prévia comprovada na função ou em rotinas administrativas/financeiras.Conhecimentos Práticos: Vivência com processos de faturamento, conciliação bancária e gestão de contas a pagar/receber.Ferramentas: Domínio do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel em nível intermediário para análise e manipulação de dados em planilhas) e facilidade para atuar com sistemas de gestão ERP (diferencial vivência em sistemas de gestão hoteleira/financeira como CMNet ou similares).Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Alimentação: Vale Alimentação (R$ 552,00 por mês) + Vale Refeição (R$ 17,90 por dia)Saúde e Bem-estar: Convênio Médico (Amil) + Convênio Odontológico (MetLife)Segurança e Mobilidade: Seguro de Vida + Vale TransporteIncentivo e Assiduidade: Bonificação de R$ 150,00 mediante atingimento de métricas de pontualidade, cartão de ponto, ausência de faltas e atestadosBenefício Exclusivo Atlantica: 50% de desconto em diárias nos hotéis da rede Atlantica Hospitality GroupQualidade de Vida: Day Off no dia do seu aniversário pra você aproveitar o seu dia como quiser!
