Entendemos que só assim continuaremos crescendo, gerando oportunidades para todos e contribuindo para uma transição segura da matriz energética brasileira rumo a uma economia de baixo carbono.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar consultas no sistema SAP para verificar a situação cadastral de subcontratadas, bem como o cadastro de materiais e insumos.Manter contato com subcontratadas e áreas internas, por meio de e-mails e sistemas corporativos, para solicitar, receber e encaminhar informações necessárias à realização de novos cadastros.Reunir, conferir e validar informações operacionais e técnicas fornecidas pelos fornecedores para viabilizar a abertura das requisições.Elaborar e cadastrar Requisições de Compras (RC) no SAP, assegurando o preenchimento adequado de descrições, valores, centros de custo e respectivos vínculos contratuais.Monitorar o fluxo das Requisições de Compras até sua aprovação pelas respectivas alçadas, prestando suporte na vinculação do Emissor de Fatura (EF) ao contrato no SAP.Acompanhar a entrega e o recebimento físico de materiais e insumos diretamente no local da obra.Efetuar o registro e a confirmação do recebimento dos materiais no sistema SAP.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Suprimentos, Fiscal e Financeiro, acompanhando as etapas do processo e contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos relacionados ao faturamento.#LI-CS1

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Economia, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Curso Técnico em Administração também será considerado.Conhecimentos Técnicos:Pacote Office Avançado;Conhecimento operacional do ERP SAP (módulo MM);Entendimento do fluxo de suprimentos, faturamento e recebimento de materiais;Conhecimento Desejável:Vivência em processos de compras, incluindo cadastro e atualização de fornecedores e materiais, acompanhamento de pedidos e controle de documentos fiscais;Experiência com a plataforma V360;Conhecimento de rotinas fiscais básicas, como conferência e acompanhamento de documentos fiscais e processos relacionados ao faturamento.Experiência de 1 a 2 anos em rotinas administrativas, preferencialmente relacionadas às áreas de Suprimentos, Compras, Faturamento ou Logística.
