O maior desafio no Centro de Distribuição é gerir e garantir a qualidade das ações desempenhadas ao longo da cadeia logística, do recebimento do pedido até a entrega do produto ao cliente, visando aumentar a eficiência e a produtividade da operação, acuracidade, agilidade dos processos, otimização dos recursos, fortalecimento da gestão de equipes, além da previsibilidade operacional e atendimento aos padrões estabelecidos pela empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsável por executar e apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais;Garantir o correto fluxo de informações e controles sistêmicos;Realizar o acompanhamento de processos;Prestar suporte às operações de recebimento;Apoiar as atividades de armazenagem;Dar suporte à gestão de estoque e inventários;Apoiar as operações de picking e packing;Realizar atividades de manuseio de materiais;Apoiar os processos de qualidade;Prestar suporte às operações de expedição;Acompanhar atividades relacionadas ao transporte;Assegurar a produtividade das operações;Garantir a acuracidade dos controles e processos;Cumprir e zelar pelos procedimentos internos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações: Formação mínima: Ensino Médio completo; Formação desejável e diferencial: Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimentos técnicos: Processos logísticos;Gestão de estoque e inventário;Acompanhamento de indicadores e produtividade;Distribuição de atividades;Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Sistemas de gestão ERP e WMS;Segurança e procedimentos operacionais;

Perfil comportamental: Profissional organizado;Senso de urgência;Comunicação clara;Foco em resultados;Capacidade de atuar sob pressão;Postura proativa;Capacidade de atuar próximo à operação.
