Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEmitir o controle do “Censo Diário” das ocorrências nas enfermarias, conferindo o número de internações, altas, transferências e outras ocorrências do dia anterior e enviar para o Serviço de Arquivo Médico;                             Buscar e conferir no setor “Entrega de Laudos” todos os resultados de exames efetuados pelos pacientes da enfermaria;Conferir o quadro de consultas e exames de intercorrências, verificando se foram preenchidos todos os campos e posteriormente distribuí-los conforme solicitação efetuada;Zelar pela manutenção do estoque de material de escritório e de limpeza utilizadas pelo setor, emitindo pedidos de requisição junto ao almoxarifado, sempre que atingir o nível de estoque mínimo estabelecido juntamente com sua coordenação, cuidando para que não falte;Encaminhar pedidos de exames que necessitam de autorização especial pelos setores de Auditoria e Diretoria Técnica, acompanhando todo o processo de autorização e encaminhando posteriormente para o Setor onde será realizado o referido exame;Recolher os prontuários “pós-altas” e conferir se estão faltando algum documento e caso positivo cobrar as pendências e realizar a organização dos mesmos para que possam ser encaminhados para o Setor de Faturamento para o processamento da conta;Manter sempre organizado o posto de enfermagem, mantendo so suprimento de impressos organizados, mantendo nos seus devidos lugares os prontuários, formulários em geral, deixando em condições de uso para o próximo turno;Atender telefonemas, participar de reuniões, enviar e-mail, anotar recados e passar informações pertinentes à sua área de atuação;Digitar documentos, relatórios e planilhas de acordo com solicitação do seu superior imediato;Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo
