Executar atividades administrativas gerais, com base em procedimentos e padrões técnicos estabelecidos, normas corporativas e requisitos legais.  Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar cotação com fornecedores referentes aos grupos de menor complexidade, conforme procedimento interno; Negociar com fornecedores, visando melhores condições de custo-benefício quanto a aquisição de produtos e serviços de menor complexidade, conforme procedimento interno; Emitir ordem de compra enviando para aprovação dos responsáveis; Enviar ordem de compra aos fornecedores; Realizar prospecção de novos fornecedores visando novas oportunidades de negócio; Acompanhar a devolução de compra de produtos, conforme estabelecido em procedimento interno; Cadastrar produtos em sistema, mantendo o cadastro atualizado; Emitir relatórios para análise de indicadores visando o monitoramento da performance da área; Realizar lançamentos de medições das faturas referente a telefonia; Solicitar novas linhas e alterações nos planos de telefonia da empresa; Controlar linha de telefone móvel; Realizar medição e controle das faturas de locação de veículos; Atender a solicitações de locação de veículos; Efetuar o controle da utilização de ticket combustível; Acompanhar a utilização da frota de veículos locados; Realizar o repasse de multas recebidas aos respectivos colaboradores e a indicação de condutores ao DETRAN; Manter interface constante junto a empresa locadora de veículos para melhor gerenciamento do contrato; Acompanhar o processo de emissão de passagens e hospedagens;Realizar medição e controle das faturas de viagens; Cadastrar colaboradores no sistema eletrônico de acesso às dependências da empresa; Revisar procedimentos da área visando atender as políticas da Qualidade NBR ISSO 9001; Auxiliar no estabelecimento de ações preventivas com intuito de prever não conformidades nos processos; Analisar solicitações de aquisição de produtos ou serviços referentes aos grupos de menor complexidade, conforme procedimento interno; Acompanhar a entrega dos pedidos de compra visando um melhor atendimento ao cliente interno; Instruir o cliente interno em casos de dúvidas sobre os procedimentos de aquisição de produtos e serviços; Executar inclusive atribuições complexas sob orientação eventual; Desenvolver atividades correlacionadas a critério de seu superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência na área de comprasDesejável:Ensino Superior, preferencialmente Adm.
